Yizkor Book

The annual Yizkor book for the four Yizkor services this year will be re-printed prior to Yom Kippur and will be used through next Shavuot.

For examples of the format, or to see how your listings appeared previously, see the Yizkor Book 5784. Please note that you must renew your listing at $18 per name for it to appear in this year's book. Names that are perpetuated in the Bernard Leo Sorkin Memorial Center will be included in the booklet at no additional cost.

If you want to add a name to the booklet, or correct an existing listing, please use the form below. In order to facilitate timely printing, please submit the form before September 22, 2024.
